Use of Information
The collection and processing of personal data is destined to: (i) recruitment and selection of candidates and (ii) upon express request of the user, sending of proposals of services and/or quotations (or other information of products and/or services provided by JCA).

Responsible for data processing
JCA is responsible for the processing of the personal data of its clients and/or potential clients, through automated means or not, as from its collection, organization, storage until its elimination.

Alteration or removal of consent
The consent can be revoked at any time, although the revocation is only applicable for future situations, it does not have retroactive effects, therefore the processing that occurred before the revocation is not covered by it.
